Looking for hosts for MADELINE FINN’s BACKYARD TOUR 2023 in the month’s of June & July (dates below).
If you live in PA, OH, IL, IN or MI along with a space that fits a group of folks comfortably (backyard, poolside, porch, barn, garage, driveway, indoors-community center, art/yoga studio, etc), Madeline would LOVE to play at your place. Please fill out below submission form below.
IMPORTANT HOST DETAILS:
SPACE - A space that will act as a stage with access to electricity and intimate invite-only group of neighbors, friends, or family (backyard, porch, poolside, barn, garage, driveway, indoors-community center, art/yoga studio, etc)
SET TIMES - Madeline will perform a 75 - 90 minute set bringing an acoustic guitar and arrive a half an hour before showtime to setup.
AUDIENCE/INVITATIONS - With these being hosted in your private space, all attendees are at your dIscretion - neighbors, friends, colleagues, family, etc.
Invitations are completely up to you - word of mouth, email, create a private FB event, etc. However, you arrange the invite we encourage you to keep an internal list of attendees. Tips below:
Stress that space is limited and RSVP is required.
Describe (briefly) what a backyard concert is and how it works, including it being a donation based event (more details below)
Share your own enthusiasm for the music—that's the best way to draw an audience!
Send streaming, YouTube and website links where people can sample the music and learn more. Links + image attached.

DONATIONS - Madeline will be performing these shows based off donations. There is no minimum or maximum per attendee but please let guests know that donations are encouraged. As the host be sure to direct attendees to jar/basket either before and/or after the performance.
MERCH - Please provide a spot for Madeline to sell merch and chat with attendees.
FOOD & BEVERAGES - Feel free to offer some drinks/snacks or invite attendees to bring some to share. No obligation this is completely up to you.
